Kakigori is not just a dessert but the perfect canvas to experience the sweetest gifts from the earth and sky.
It starts with selecting a vessel from our collection of handmade ceramics to compliment the snow-like ice shaving.
Slowly frozen alkaline ice is layered and sculpted by the chef.
Dedicated to using seasonal fruits and ingredients; we craft our homemade sauces and toppings from scratch to flavor the delicate ice.
